3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and apply only to
service fees paid directly to Direct Tech Services.
- Refunds may be issued if services were not delivered as agreed.
- No refunds for completed or partially completed projects.
- No refunds for approved designs, delivered reports, or implemented campaigns.
- Advertising spend, software fees, and third-party costs are non-refundable.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of service delivery.
4. How to Request a Refund

- Our team will review your request within 48 business hours.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
5. Order Cancellation Policy
- Orders may be canceled before project execution begins.
- If work has not started, full service fees may be refunded.
- Once work has started, cancellation may not qualify for a refund.
- Completed campaigns and delivered assets cannot be canceled.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
6. Processing Timeframes
